If it's possible, I am more excited about going to the Maryland Sheep & Wool Festival, (May 1 and 2, THIS WEEKEND!) than any vacation in recent memory. Forget the fact that I haven't taken a vacation that didn't involve famObligations in the last couple of years, and just GO WITH the FACT that I'm leaving on a PLANE!
ME, and T and my little SockB are goin' to the Coast - joining C & Leigh to become a Merry Band of Pranksters as only CITY GIRLS can when turned loose on a fairground with lots of Animal Barns.
Believe me, I know whereOf I speak!
I embarrassed myself to death last year at the Michigan Fiber Fest by thrilling to the sound of the different *VOICES* of the Baaaaing Sheep in the Sheep Shearing Competition Bldg.
I knew not they were so individual and kept pointing it out to the sheep owners who were kind enough to smile and nod at me!
Like people who love fiber everywhere, the joy is contagious and I'm a gonna get me some!
